The latest news on QRZ today is titled W4PC Software adds new programs, inks Dealer agreement with HRO. The news told that W4PC Software announced today they have added new products to the next release of the Radio Operations Center software line for Elecraft, Flex and Ten-Tec radios, as well as support for the SDR-IQ, microHAM Digi Keyer II, the West Mountain Radio RIGblaster Advanced, Timewave HamHub II and MDS rotors.
KJ4MFO, W4PC Software’s President Erin Butler said, “Customers who purchase products, or 12 months or more in tech support services today, will receive a free upgrade to version 5, when released in May, as well as free extended support.”
W4PC Software also announced as of March 7, 2011, they have added tiered support options for current users. Customers can now choose support from 3 months to 24 months at a time, after their first year of free support has expired. The lower cost support options of 3 and 6 months will be great for those who only need technical support for a limited time. W4PC Software also announced an agreement with Ham Radio Outlet allowing for exclusive dealership of W4PC Amateur Radio products.
